Remarks:Studying the building plan, if available or getting the measurement of each ground plus five storied building wherever assessable, pertaining the measurements of each room/ shop and it’s enclosures including marking of rolling shutter, windows, ventilators, other openings, stairs, cutouts, ducts, lift etc. and preparation of floor plan to record a proper observations of its present structural condition. Physical inspection by technical team for recording the general observations. Conducting the destructive and non-destructive test like core cutting in RCC element, rebound hammer test, ultra sonic pulse velocity test, half-cell potential test to access the strength of concrete, presence of honey combing and status of corrosion of reinforcement etc. Interpretation of general and technical observations for existing strength in totality or of individual element, possible reasons for the cracks, settlements, spalling in concrete, peel-off in RCC & plaster work, dampness, or other structural deficiencies including the categorisation of damages. • Preparation and submission of structural audit report consisting of detailed observations, interpretations, and general comments over the remedial treatment for rehabilitation of structure. • Submission of the stability certificate for the audited structure, if found adequate without any retrofitting work or after satisfactory completion of retrofitting activity as recommended in the report.
